nesket is pre-order. You pick a delivery day and a slot, and we buy and bring your order in that slot.

Delivery slots
- Morning, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Evening, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
All times are Indian Standard Time. Same-day Evening orders close at 3:00 pm. After 9:00 am, the Morning slot is for the next day.
Where we deliver, and the fee
Your pincode decides your zone. Delivering on its own is the default; pooling is an option at checkout.

Farther areas. Some areas outside these zones can order on their own when the basket is Rs 1,500 or more, for a flat Rs 99 delivery fee. There is no pooling there. If we do not deliver to your pincode yet, checkout tells you.
These fees are provisional while we set up, and can change. The fee at checkout is the one you pay.
How your order is bought
Shelf-stable items come from our own stock. Fresh vegetables, meat, fish and ferments are bought for your order by our rider from a Delhi shop on your delivery day. If an item is not on the shelf, it is removed and you are not charged for it. See cancellation and refunds.
Your delivery code
When your order goes out for delivery, your order screen shows a 4-digit code. It is how we know the order reached you.
- Tell the code to your rider only when your order is in your hands. The rider types it in.
- Your rider cannot see the code. Do not send it by message or read it out before you have your items.
- After 5 wrong tries the order locks and our team steps in.
- If your phone is dead or someone else is receiving, contact us and we will confirm the delivery with you.
