We deliver Northeast food in Delhi NCR. Shelf-stable items such as noodles and biscuits come from our own stock. Fresh vegetables, meat, fish and ferments are bought for your order by our rider from a Delhi shop on your delivery day.

• Each item has one price. We do not show crossed-out prices or discounts.
• The delivery fee depends on your delivery zone and your basket, and you see it before you place the order. See delivery for each zone.
• The price you see when you order is the price you pay. If the shop charges us more on the day, we pay the difference, not you.
• The delivery fee is fixed when you order. Removing an item that could not be found never raises it.

Every order is delivered on its own unless you choose to pool. A pool joins your order with neighbours' orders in the same zone and slot so the ride is shared and the fee is lower. If a pool does not fill, we show you the full fee for delivering on your own before anything is charged, and you accept it or decline. What happens on a decline, moving to the next pool or a refund, is the choice you make at checkout. Pool members never see each other's names, addresses or baskets.

Fresh and seasonal items depend on what the shop has that day. If an item cannot be found, it is removed from your order and you are not charged for it. We do not swap in a different item without asking you.

When your order goes out, your order screen shows a 4-digit delivery code. Tell it to your rider only once the order is in your hands; the rider types it in to confirm delivery. See delivery.

You can cancel until your rider starts buying your items. Refunds are set out in our cancellation and refund policy.

• Give a real name, phone number and address, so we can deliver.
• Do not use the site to disrupt it, scrape it or place orders you do not mean to receive.
• We may refuse or cancel an order we cannot deliver safely or lawfully, and refund anything paid.
